Fitness - Group Fitness

With our 3 locations in the Lehigh Valley, 24-7 Fitness offers more than 120 group fitness classes per week! So you can find a class that fits your busy life style. Remember we offer free child care service. So be sure to check the club fitness calendars and start rocking!

Sign-up is not required. Please be prompt for classes. If you have questions, arrive 10 minutes ahead of class for introductions and updates. All classes are approximately one hour unless otherwise noted.

Zumba: A Latin inspired dance fitness workout that incorporates Latin and instrumental music and dance moves that includes meringue, salsa and hip-hop. Class combines slow and fast rhythms that tone and sculpt the body while getting a great aerobic workout using a blend of music. It’s fun, easy, effective – exercise in disguise!

Cardio: Choreographed floor aerobics with varying intensities. Feel free to alter your intensity as you see fit. Abs are included. All ability levels are welcomed.

Cardio/Sculpt: 1.5 hours in length; 45 min. of cardio and 45 min. of strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights).

Get on the Ball: Strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work using stability balls (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights).

Group Cycling: A low-impact cardiovascular workout performed on Keiser bikes. The program consists of approximately 40 minutes of riding, rhythmic and athletic drills conducted in a group setting to motivating music and instruction. Workshop is strongly suggested.

Interval Step: Low and high step aerobics combined with upper body sculpting. Abs are included.

Interval: 1.25 hours on length; 60 mins. of cardio/sculpt and 15 mins. of abdominal work. A complete body workout.

Kick Boxing: The technique and training strategies of boxing and the martial arts are combined to create a high intensity interval workout. No equipment or experience is required.

Bootcamp: Combines calisthenics, strength training, cardio endurance, agility drills and more to give participants a full-body workout that is sure to get results.

Pilates: A series of movements connecting mind and body, focusing on the powerhouse and building core muscle groups to improve circulation, posture, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Workouts can be adapted to any fitness level.

Power Yoga: Increase strength, flexibility, and balance, while simultaneously reducing stress. Learn to link body, breath, mind, and spirit. Workouts can be adapted to any fitness level.

Belly Dancing: No previous dance training required. Learn the ancient and sensual movements from the Middle East in a non-judgmental, fun atmosphere. Class consists of a warm-up, isolations, technique, combos, traveling sequences and a cool down. A ladies only soothing workout for the mind, body and spirit.

Sculpt: Resistance training for every muscle group using a variety of equipment, bars, bands, stability balls and dumbbells. Abs are included.

Turbo Kick: A fun, cardio kick boxing program that combines group exercise and martial arts. This class consists of choreographed combinations that combine kick boxing, dance and interval to keep you moving from start to finish for a challenging cardiovascular workout.

Step: Step aerobics choreographed routines. Abs are included. All ability levels are welcomed.

Step/Sculpt: Step aerobics combined with strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights).

Tai Chi: Emphasizes relaxation, proper breathing, centering, alignment of musculoskeletal structures, Integration of mind and body, and circulation of Chi (energy). All ability levels are welcomed.

Latin Cardio: A Latin-infused cardio class with a dash of hip hop for our dance loving members. All abilities welcome for this fun high-energy work-out.

Basic Training: Functional fitness made fun. Basic exercises where you can push the intensity to increase your fitness level.
